During a workplace or study place investigation employers and providers have established and demonstrated a duty of care towards the relevant parties- but what about the employee conducting the investigation? The Investigator.
The investigator is also an employee to whom the employer has a duty of care.
Investigators need to be the best version of themselves to be able to give the best service to the relevant parties in the investigation.
