Investigative Interview Training

Investigation meetings are the "golden thread" running through workplace investigation case management. For that reason, we developed the world's first vocational RQF investigation qualification specifically accrediting forensic investigative interview training.

Our programme incorporates the recognised PEACE model of investigative interviewing, equipping delegates with the knowledge, structure and confidence to conduct fair, ethical and effective investigative interviews. Delivered online or face-to-face in two structured units, Unit 1 provides technical knowledge and includes the Skillsfirst Award in Dealing with Difficult Workplace Conversations. When combined with Unit 2, delegates achieve a Level 3 qualification to conduct investigative interviews within their own sector.
