Here at Intersol Global, we have a qualified and dedicated training, coaching, and assessing team; that are subject matter experts holding many hundreds of years combined investigation expertise.
The team delivers relevant and proportionate training on every element of workplace investigation case management, from issue to outcome, information to evidence. Delivered in person or via their virtual blended learning platform, Intersol training transcends borders, boundaries, and time-zones.
Acknowledging that mismanaged or poorly conducted workplace investigations and investigation meetings can destroy careers, livelihoods, and even lives; we at Intersol Global are determined to help professionalise a largely unregulated discipline.
That’s why we launched Intersol Academy, an online training platform offering Investigation training for individuals or teams at your workplace or institution. The training is also available face-to-face, with both formats delivered by subject matter experts here at Intersol.
With many competitors delivering self-certified training, effectively ‘marking their own homework’, the professional difference at Intersol Global is the focus on external accreditation and regulation of our training.
Investigative Interviewing Training
Recognising that investigation meetings are the ‘golden thread’ running through workplace investigation case management, we have developed and launched the only qualification in the world that accredits forensic “Investigative Interviewing” (level 3 on the Regulated Qualifications Framework).
Delivered online or face to face in two units, themselves divided into manageable modules, Unit 1 delivers technical knowledge and now attracts its own Skillsfirst award “Dealing with Difficult (Workplace) Conversations. When combined with Unit 2 delegates can achieve a Level 3 qualification to conduct investigative interviews in their specific work sector.
