Our associates and ambassadors combine hundred’s of years of investigating and interviewing subject matter expertise
to ensure that Case Management is ‘Extraordinary’ (ECM®).
Victoria Doyle has worked in education for 7 years and is an Outstanding Teacher and a Middle Leader. For 6 of those years she has been a Learning Leader, focussing on the training and coaching of fellow professionals from varying backgrounds and experience levels with the aim of improving their pedagogical practise.

She has extensive experience in training and mentoring on both a highly personalised individual level and on a more broad level to larger groups on key educational topics. Victoria has received training from many leading educational consultants and has worked in collaboration with them to cascade and embed subject matter into the everyday practise of professionals.
Victoria takes a key interest in education issues and enjoys being at the cutting edge of developments in Teaching and Learning and the professional development of educators.
She is an active classroom practitioner with a wealth of ideas and proven strategies for improving the quality of the learning experience and equipping the trainer with the ability to effectively meet the needs of the trainee.
Victoria works alongside the Intersol Global team to review and monitor course content to ensure that outcomes can be met in a varied and diverse manner and is accessible to all delegates.
She consults on their curriculum mapping and their summative evaluation process to ensure continued and sustained improvement.
