Work History
Joined the Northern Territory Police Force in 1998.
General duties police from 1998 to 2006
Qualified Detective in 2006
Worked in Katherine CIB from 2004 to 2008. Promoted to Detective Sergeant Major Crime in 2008 – 2010
Detective Sergeant attached to Criminal Investigation Development Unit from 2010 to 2013.
Detective Sergeant Serious Crime from 2013 to present.
Qualifications
Qualified level 1 Investigative Interviewing
Qualified level 2 Investigative Interviewing
Designed and rolled out Investigative Interviewing Level 2 in the Northern Territory.
Facilitated numerous Level 1 and Level 2 Investigative Interviewing Courses
In September 2014 travelled to the England as a Winston Churchill Fellowship holder in order to undertake study in investigative interviewing. As part of the study I underwent and passed the specialist witness and victim interviewing course (Level 3) held in Sussex from 9 September to 26 September 2014.
Completed the Investigative Interviewing Management Workshop facilitated by Gary Shaw and Tracey Green.
