Managing Difficult Workplace Conversations for Auditors and Accountants
In collaboration with Harold Sharpe Accountants we are delighted to launch our new course for the profession with the objective of developing skills to support professionals to manage those everyday difficult conversations that are so often crucial to effective decision-making and positive business outcomes.
Intersol COO, Mick Confrey, and lead trainer John Crook have developed a CPD accredited package designed for accountants and auditors that will give a glimpse into the world of forensic investigation, particularly forensic interviewing, and how these skills combine to better enable ‘Extraordinary Case Management’ (ECM®).
The training will focus on investigation skills, questioning style and active listening, interview frameworks, confirmation bias, planning for meetings, concluding with the opportunity to put the new found skills into practice in a safe learning environment here at our training HQ within DeVere Cheadle House in South Manchester.
Any likeness of our team bearing a resemblance to ‘Men in Black’ bookends is purely coincidental!
Our training is uniquely contextualised, proportionate, and relevant to the customer; delivered by subject matter experts who still ‘practice what they preach’! It is CPD accredited with hours between 7 and 36, and can be awarded a meaningful level 3 RQF accreditation.
If you would like training, advice, or operational support on any element of investigation and investigative interviewing please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org
