Intersol are delighted to end the first full working week of 2018 with ground-breaking news that lawyers from Pinsent Masons have completed their training and accreditation in ‘understanding and conducting investigative interviews’ – a world first!

How often are lawyers charged with the heavy responsibility of potentially life-altering investigation with little (if any) coaching or qualification in the core competencies of that role? Now there is a qualification and Intersols’ Chief Operating Officer, Mick Confrey, delivered the first of its kind to lawyers from Pinsent Masons in Manchester throughout this week.

Feedback from the delegates was universally excellent, including comments such as:

“An excellent course. Mick Confrey is the best interview trainer and interviewer I have seen in 20 years as a qualified solicitor.”

“Phenomenal course. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Mick is a brilliant teacher and I’ve learned an enormous amount. Worth every penny!”

There is no doubt whatsoever that having secured these skills and the qualification Pinsent Masons will position themselves in an even better position to provide the exceptional expertise and value to clients for which they are famed, their bold and innovative approach together with a willingness to embrace change contributing significantly to their core values.

It has been a delight and privilege to work for and alongside such an enterprising and energetic entity.
