Intersol Global have a qualified and dedicated training, coaching, and assessing team; subject matter experts with many hundreds of years combined investigation expertise.
The team deliver relevant and proportionate training on every element of workplace investigation case management, from issue to outcome, information to evidence. Delivered in person or via their virtual blended learning platform, Intersol training transcends borders, boundaries, and time-zones.
Acknowledging that mismanaged or poorly conducted workplace investigations and investigation meetings can destroy careers, livelihoods, reputations, even lives; Intersol Global determined to help professionalise a largely unregulated discipline.
With many competitors delivering self-certified training, effectively ‘marking their own homework’, Intersol focussed on external accreditation and regulation of their training.
Recognising that investigation meetings are the ‘golden thread’ running through workplace investigation case management they developed and launched the only qualification in the world that accredits forensic “Investigative Interviewing” (level 3 on the Regulated Qualifications Framework).
Delivered online or face to face in 2 units, themselves divided into manageable modules, unit one delivers technical knowledge and now attracts its own Skillsfirst award “Dealing with Difficult (Workplace) Conversations. When combined with Unit 2 delegates can achieve a level 3 qualification to conduct investigative interviews in their specific work sector.
Training modules also attract CPD points.
With the support of Skillsfirst the Intersol Academy went on to achieve Skillsfirst Awards Recognised Centre (205.001), registered on the UK register of learning providers (UKPRN 10066769) and become a Knowledge Pool (CSL) registered supplier.
We will continue to build out a range of training courses that deliver excellence at every stage of workplace investigation case management.
