Intersol Onboard 8 New Inquiry Associates as they go from strength to strength in the investigation and inquiry training, advising and delivery market.
Intersols positioning as a ‘disrupter’ is leading to rapidly growing demand for training of investigation and investigative interviewing and the delivery of external inquiry case management support that is robust and ethical. Most significant in recent weeks has been the commissioning of several high stakes investigations in support of Higher Education institutes, recognising that no longer can serious allegations of misconduct be ‘brushed under the carpet’ or hidden behind cash payouts and meaningless non-disclosure agreements.
Intersol held an associate development day earlier this week during which they illustrated their Extraordinary Case Management process (ECM®) and explained how it dovetailed with investigation planning and conducting in the civil context where investigators have to wrestle with ‘balance of probabilities’ and report with conclusions based on those findings.
Some images from the day held at their South Manchester academy are reproduced here:
Intersol operate in 6 key sectors best illustrated by the following screenshot and are not fearful of disrupting a complacent investigation market within them:
and apply their strategic training and operational model as illustrated here:
This model only evolved as Intersol are quite unique in that not only do train investigation and interviewing skills but they practise them, ensuring relevancy and competency whilst feeding back into the training to keep it current and meaningful.
Increasingly clients are asking if we can support them with the more complex and high risk inquiries recognising and acknowledging the limitations and investigative experience of their own staff, the recent experience of Warwick University being a case in point. see: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/av/uk-47091474/warwick-rape-chat-student-i-felt-like-i-was-on-trial?ce_b4=aWFuQGludGVyc29sZ2xvYmFsLmNvbQ%3D%3D&cas_b4=cmhAc21hcnRlcm5ld2J1c2luZXNzLmNvbQ%3D%3D&coid=c21hcnRlci1uZXctYnVzaW5lc3N8MTU0OTAzNzY4Mnw5NTAxNA%3D%3D&utm_medium=email&utm_source=gmail
