Intersol held an associate development day earlier this week during which they illustrated their Extraordinary Case Management process (ECM®) and explained how it dovetailed with investigation planning and conducting in the civil context where investigators have to wrestle with ‘balance of probabilities’ and report with conclusions based on those findings.
