Trinity Hall: Cambridge college head 'steps back' over handling of sex complaints The head of a Cambridge college has stepped back from his duties after allegations he mishandled a series of sexual misconduct complaints. Dr Jeremy Morris, the master of Trinity Hall, has agreed to move aside while an internal review into procedures is under way. Intersol extend their investigation training, qualification, and operational reach into Scotland. As a result of demand from Scottish Universities we have developed our service provision 'north of the border' with the recruitment of 3 new investigation associates in Scotland. Whilst the investigation principles and forensic psychology of people are broadly consistent the world over (perhaps with the odd cultural difference), this development will enable a more empathetic approach to the nuances of civil serious misconduct investigation in Scotland. NDAs - The Ticking Time-Bomb for Universities? Universities ‘gagging sexual assault claims’ according to the BBC The BBC have today reported that Universities are gagging students to prevent them from disclosing details of sexual assaults, bullying and poor teaching. The report details how several students told the BBC that they felt ‘pressured’ into signing NDA’s (non-disclosure agreements), with one student being told she would be expelled if she broke her contract.
